There are days when we do not have the energy to nurture those around us. It is fine if today is that day. It is a sign that we need to first nurture ourselves and only then, we will be able to nurture others. We all know the way we best nurture ourselves – be it a warm bath, meditation, talking to a friend, doing facial or just eating our favorite food – just do it.
